Terms and cost disclaimer
Important information before you use a SpaCompass estimate
SpaCompass is a planning and comparison guide. It helps you form a shortlist, but it does not replace retailer information, a site survey or professional advice.
Prices and project-cost ranges
Displayed figures are indicative. Final costs can vary with the product specification, retailer, delivery area, site access, groundwork, electrical requirements, installer rates, energy tariffs and other property-specific conditions. Obtain current written prices and professional quotes before committing to a purchase.
Product information
We aim to present useful information, but specifications, images, availability, warranties and prices can change. The retailer or manufacturer's current information should be checked before you order.
Retailers, orders and warranties
SpaCompass does not sell products, take payment, arrange delivery or provide warranties. Any purchase is made directly with the retailer, whose terms, returns policy, delivery conditions and warranty arrangements will apply.
Installation and property requirements
Electrical work, ventilation, drainage, foundations, structural preparation and access requirements vary by product and property. Use appropriately qualified professionals and check any planning, landlord, freeholder, lease or local requirements that may apply.
Safe use
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation, operation, maintenance and supervision. Where a medical condition, pregnancy, medication, mobility issue or other personal circumstance may affect safe use, seek suitable professional advice before using a sauna or hot tub.
External websites
Links may take you to third-party websites that SpaCompass does not control. Their content, security, availability, prices and terms are their responsibility.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and catalogue develop. The version published on this page applies when you use the site.
